About Dublin Jerome Band
The Dublin Jerome Band Program is dedicated to providing instrumental music education opportunities to any and all Dublin Jerome students who wish to participate. We believe that music education is an essential part of a well-rounded education, and we are committed to providing quality instruction to all of our students.

Band Makes High School Better
It's true. When you join band, you enter into a unique community within Jerome – the band family. Students and parent volunteers build life-long friendships while fostering a love of music and the arts. ​
Marching Band
The Dublin Jerome Marching Band is a competitive, corps-style marching ensemble that performs at all football games and designated Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) adjudicated events.

DJMB is a contender at every competition they attend, often bringing home Class AA and Grand Champion awards. They have received a Superior rating at the OMEA State Marching Band Finals every year since their formation in 2004.
Concert Band
Concert band allows students to study chamber-style music in one of three ensembles at a level that best matches their individual needs.​​

In addition to three community concerts per year, all bands participate in regional and qualifying state-level OMEA adjudicated performances. All Dublin Jerome concert bands consistently receive Superior ratings at OMEA events at the district and state level. ​
Unique Experiences
Every other year, the marching band has the opportunity to travel for a once-in-a-lifetime performance and memorable experience. They participate in the Disney Magic Music Days Parade and Philadelphia's Dunkin' Thanksgiving Day Parade on a rotating basis.
Exceptional Opportunities
Jerome students participate in high-level ensembles such as OSU Honors Band, Columbus Youth Symphonic Band and OMEA All-State. Many of our alumni choose to continue their music education and are accepted into well-known and respected collegiate bands.
